The money-back window runs 60 days from the date of purchase, and opened bottles are included. A refund starts with a telephone call to the order desk, which issues a return authorisation and the address. Return postage is the buyer’s unless the parcel arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
Every condition is set out below in the order it applies.

The purchase date rather than the despatch date is the one that matters here, and it is on the first email rather than the second.
A window counted from purchase is a few days shorter in practice than one counted from the day you buy it, because the processing gap and the carrier’s journey are both spent out of it. Sixty days is still a long window; it is simply not sixty days of holding the bottle.
