What Are The Ingredients In RetraBurn?

Quick answer. RetraBurn's label names 22 ingredients and prints two amounts. Chromium picolinate is 7 mcg. The other 21, from maca to L-carnitine HCl, share one proprietary blend declared at 15.47 mg. The label does not say how much of each is inside. Other ingredients are water, flavors, preservative and sweeteners.

What is on the RetraBurn supplement facts panel?

The panel is short. Serving size is 1 ml and there are 30 servings in the container. Calories read 0. Then comes chromium, then the blend, then a few footnotes.

The chromium percentage checks out: 7 mcg is 20% of a 35 mcg Daily Value.

Which 21 ingredients are in the RetraBurn blend?

A proprietary blend is listed in descending order of weight, so maca at the top outweighs L-carnitine at the bottom. How much more is not printed. This is the RetraBurn blend list, in label order.

Ten entries carry 20:1, African mango carries 10:1 alone, and ten carry no extract mark.

What does 20:1 mean on a label?

A 20:1 mark says the material was concentrated from twenty times its weight in raw plant. A 10:1 mark says ten times. The footnotes on the panel read: Sourced from a concentrate with a 20:1 extract equivalent, and the same with 10:1.

The ratio describes the starting material. It does not tell you how much finished extract went into the bottle, and you cannot multiply it by the blend total to find a dose. It is a hint about the quality of the material, never a dose.

In plain words: a concentrate is a sensible choice for a liquid. A 30 ml bottle could not hold useful amounts of 21 ground plants and still be easy to swallow. But the mark tells you nothing about amount, and amount is what a dose is made of.

How much of each ingredient is in RetraBurn?

Not published. Only the chromium row and the blend total have numbers. Each of the 21 blend entries must weigh less than 15.47 mg, and together they weigh 15.47 mg. That is all the arithmetic allows.

This website does not guess. It prints the research amounts beside the entries where an abstract stated them, and leaves the column empty where none was read. Some of those research amounts are far above the bottle. L-arginine moved blood pressure in a dose-response meta-analysis at 4 g a day and above. The glutamine pilot used 30 g a day for fourteen days. L-carnitine peaked at 2,000 mg a day. A 15.47 mg blend cannot contain those amounts.

That gap does not mean the entries are useless. It means the research and the bottle are not the same thing, and the label gives you no way to link them.

What is the forskolin dosage in RetraBurn?

The label gives no dosage for Coleus forskohlii. It sits as entry 9 inside the 15.47 mg blend, with a 20:1 mark.

What is published is research. A forskolin trial in overweight men used 250 mg of a 10% forskolin extract twice a day, so 500 mg of extract a day, for twelve weeks. A 2026 twelve-week Coleus forskohlii trial repeated the design with a branded extract. Both used amounts above the weight of this whole blend.

So if you are comparing RetraBurn with a single-ingredient forskolin product, the honest answer is that the two cannot be compared on dose. One prints an amount. This one prints a ceiling.

Is eleuthero the same as panax ginseng?

No. Both are on the list, and the names look alike, but they are different plants. Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) is entry 5. It is sometimes sold as Siberian ginseng. Panax ginseng is entry 12, lower on the list, with no extract mark.

The human record for eleuthero is small: a randomised trial of Siberian ginseng and one of an Acanthopanax senticosus extract. For panax ginseng, a meta-analysis of cardiovascular markers and a dose-response analysis of blood lipids are the strongest summaries, and NCCIH has a short page on Asian ginseng. None of the abstracts read for this website stated a dose.

What are the other ingredients in RetraBurn?

The other-ingredients line is short: water, natural flavors, potassium sorbate, stevia, xylitol and citrus extract. Water is the carrier. Potassium sorbate is the preservative. Stevia and xylitol carry the sweetness. Natural flavors and citrus extract carry the taste.

The calorie row reads zero. No protein, fibre, sodium or vitamin rows appear. The first panel footnote says the product is not a significant source of saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, dietary fiber, total sugars, added sugars, protein, Vitamin D, calcium, iron or potassium.

Two practical notes. Xylitol is toxic to dogs, so keep the bottle away from them. And the label shows no gelatin or capsule shell because the product is a liquid. No vegetarian or vegan certification is printed on the artwork.

How should you read an ingredient list like this one?

Use a short method. Read the order, because the rule sets it. Find the blend total, because it is a ceiling. Check what the first two or three names are studied for. Then decide what the formula is, not what the carton suggests.

On this label the leading ingredient, maca, has a real human record, but about menopausal symptoms, sexual function and semen quality, not about body weight. The seller names six entries on the front of the carton: chromium, maca, African mango, grape seed, guarana and cayenne. The other sixteen are only on the back.

Frequently asked questions

What are the ingredients in RetraBurn?
Chromium picolinate at 7 mcg and a proprietary blend of 21 entries declared at 15.47 mg, from maca to L-carnitine HCl. Other ingredients are water, natural flavors, potassium sorbate, stevia, xylitol and citrus extract.
Is there an ingredients list with amounts?
Only two amounts are printed: chromium 7 mcg and the blend total of 15.47 mg. The amount of each blend entry is not published.
What does the 20:1 mark mean?
The material was concentrated from twenty times its weight in raw plant. It describes the starting material, not the amount in the bottle.
Is there sugar in RetraBurn?
The calorie row reads zero. Sweetness comes from stevia and xylitol, which are on the other-ingredients line.
Which ingredient has the most research?
Green tea leaf extract, by volume of published work. Whether that research reaches this bottle depends on amount, and the blend is capped at 15.47 mg.
Where can I see the full label?
On the supplement facts page of this website, which reproduces the panel and its footnotes row by row.

Our view

Our view is that the ingredient list is honest about names and silent about amounts. You get the full roster, the order and the extract marks, and you get one small number for chromium. You do not get a dose for anything else.

That makes the label easy to read and hard to judge. A careful buyer can see that maca leads, that the blend total is small and that much of the research uses far larger amounts. A hopeful buyer might not notice. We would rather you notice.
